WSPA Comments On Offshore Hydraulic Fracturing Environmental Assessment Report

WSPA President Catherine Reheis-Boyd regarding the Environmental Assessment (EA) report by the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, ending the moratorium on offshore hydraulic fracturing in California:
