“We believe a well-designed cap and trade program is critical to meeting California’s 2030 greenhouse gas emissions goals. This bill is the latest among a number of proposals on cap and trade we are studying. WSPA is looking forward to working with the administration, legislature and other stakeholders to develop an improved cap and trade program that will meet our climate goals while at the same time ensuring our state’s economy can thrive.”
