Patty Senecal joined WSPA in 2010. She is the Senior Director for the Southern California Region and oversees the downstream refining industry regulatory and legislative issues in the region and supports statewide legislative policy issues. Patty also works with local government policy issues.

Prior to joining WSPA in 2010, she was in the private sector with a background in international trade logistics and transportation. Ms. Senecal has years of experience working on legislative policy and regulatory issues for the trucking, warehousing and logistics industry and was a leading advocate for the goods movement and transportation industry.

Patty was awarded the Los Angeles Business Federation 2023 Advocate of the Year and in 2022 was awarded the Chairmans Award from the Inland Empire Economic Partnership.
