Shannon Fulmer joined WSPA in March 2019 and serves as Director, Human Resources.  Shannon is responsible for the operation of WSPA’s human resources services, policies, and programs.

Prior to WSPA, Shannon Fulmer served 12 years as Regional Director of Human Resources for Argosy University.  With experience in multi-state and international organizations, Shannon brings over 20 years of experience in employee relations, employee engagement, change management, and policy development.

Shannon completed her bachelors in business management and MBA in Human Resources Management through the University of Phoenix and volunteers at several organizations supporting women’s empowerment and her church community. Shannon is the proud mother of a son, Garrett, and daughter, McKayla.
