William Ferrari joined the WSPA team as an employee in January, 2009 as Director, Information Technology.  In this capacity, Will is responsible for designing, enhancing and maintaining all WSPA information technology infrastructure.

Prior to joining WSPA, Will was employed as the Director of Information Technology for Processes Unlimited (Now Stantec) in Bakersfield, CA.  In this role he managed a team of technology professionals responsible for the network infrastructure in five locations serving over 350 employees.  Mr. Ferrari also continued to maintain WSPA’s network as a vendor during this period.

From 1996 through 2007 Will billed well over 10,000 hours in a family owned technology and professional services company specializing in network design, security and optimization.  During this period Will designed and implemented a technology solution connecting all WSPA offices on the centralized unified network platform that exists to this day.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine.  He has been certified in several network technology platforms from Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco.  Will Enjoys completing a Century bicycle ride once per year finding it to be a health escape from professional life.
