Women working in Chevron’s El Segundo refinery represent a legacy of pioneers, starting in the World War II Era. Generations of women have worked in the El Segundo facility since then, contributing beyond the refinery boundaries, nurturing and enriching the South Bay communities. Their dedication to delivering cleaner, more efficient energy is greatly recognized, with Chevron’s El Segundo refinery becoming the first to have female managers in operations and maintenance and reliability. Join us in celebrating the women who fuel progress and pioneer a future where leadership knows no gender.
