Paige Haskin joined the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) team in 2024 and currently serves as Manager, California Policy. With an extensive background in strategic communications, including roles in the California State Assembly as a Legislative Director and Caucus Communications Consultant, Paige works closely with WSPA’s members. She plays a crucial role in advocating for the organization’s interests, leveraging her expertise to navigate the intricate dynamics of policy and politics in California.

Before her tenure at WSPA, Paige was instrumental in various capacities, notably as the Senior Director for Miller Public Affairs Group. These positions afforded her an insider’s perspective on the legislative process.

Paige graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She lives in West Sacramento with her labradoodle, Bear.
